McFarlane Toys The Matrix Series 1 Neo Trinity Morpheus Figures 2003

Three brilliantly theatrical pieces from McFarlane Toys’ 2003 The Matrix Series 1, bringing together Neo, Trinity and Morpheus in detailed scene-based displays.

Neo and Trinity recreate moments from the famous lobby sequence in The Matrix, complete with battle-damaged architectural bases, rubble and weapon accessories. Morpheus comes from the parking-garage sequence in The Matrix Reloaded, dressed in his textured overcoat and purple suit with katana.

These are much more than conventional articulated figures. McFarlane designed the range as highly detailed display pieces, with sculpted environments that capture the debris, damaged masonry and stylised action of the films. Contemporary material for the range specifically promoted the figures for their film-derived sculpting and included accessories. 

All three date from 2003 and carry McFarlane/Warner Bros. markings.

They have previously been displayed and show age-related wear, surface marks and dust in places. Some of the weathered appearance belongs to the deliberately distressed design of the scenery. Please study the photographs for the individual condition and the accessories present.
